Does the free trial need a credit card?
No. Start the 14-day Practice trial with just an email. We only ask for a card when the trial ends and you decide to stay.
What happens after my trial ends?
You move to the free plan automatically. Your notebook and journeys stay. You just lose unlimited access until you subscribe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues to the end of the billing period. No runaround.
How does a Circle work for a school?
One admin buys seats. They share an invite link. Teachers join in one click. Everyone on the team can see shared journeys. The admin sees seat usage but never individual notes or reflections.
Do you accept purchase orders or invoicing?
For Circle plans over 30 seats, yes. Email us and we'll set it up. Everything else is self-serve via Stripe.
Is this available outside the US?
Yes. Stripe handles 135+ countries and all major currencies. The price is in USD but you pay in your local currency via Stripe.
